GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Can I change my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order status changes to “Processing”, “Shipped”, or “Delivered”, we are unable to make changes.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many other international destinations.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. After dispatch, estimated shipping times are typically between 7–20 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup at your local post office or delivery center.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased from our online store

  • The item has not been used or damaged

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days after delivery

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available under the same conditions as returns. Please mention that you would like an exchange when contacting customer support.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return and your location. If the return is due to an error on our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are usually processed within 14 business days after the package arrives at our return facility. Once approved, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued accordingly.
